This year’s event will be held at the "conclusion" of July 4 week with music by an ensemble from the US Marine Corps Band and other tributes, speakers, entertainment that will honor our active military, local veterans and thank all the health care workers, first responders and teachers/school staff who have helped our community weather the "storm of covid."
Core Sound is working on this being Core Sound's "coming out event," after 18 months of storm recovery and by then 15 months of covid challenges, we are ready to welcome everyone to be part of this important first-step back to doing what we do best - cooking, eating and visiting - and honoring the people who have given so much!
* Much of this event will be held outside (look for tents) and all COVID rules and regulations that are applicable at that time will be in place. *
