Summer Camp Programming! The Core Sound Waterfowl Museum is offering a STEAM- based summer camp. (Science Technology Engineering Art Math) We’ll explore our local waterways, and learn about keeping our coast clean and healthy. Activities will include things like seining in Barden Inlet, climbing the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, and scientific monitoring of a wetland restoration project. We will also learn about the local seafood industry and its fishing practices, as well as try our hand at pier fishing! There will be lots of chances to be active and artistic all week long! Camp runs 10 am- 3 pm M- F
June 18-22 is geared toward rising 1st- 3rd Graders. Limited space is available.
