Join us along with the Cape Lookout National Seashore staff as we experience the solar eclipse - Monday, August 21st.  In addition to safe viewing of the eclipse, you can learn about UV radiation, make a UV bead bracelet, test how Solar savvy you are and more.  While eastern NC will not have a "total" eclipse, about 92% will be covered by the moon's shadow!  Join the museum and Park staff at the Cape Lookout Visitors Center on Harkers Island from 1 pm until 4 pm for this "out of this world" experience while at the seaside!!
